Document Essentials offers several types of service contracts. They are parts and labor contracts that act like an extended warranty. The most common contract we offer however is an all-inclusive service agreement that will include everything but paper, including the toner supplies!
These contracts are typically customized to match the level of use monthly with the necessary amount of toner needed to compensate the contract.
Additionally, we offer guaranteed on-site support within 4 hours of your call. Our technicians can also remotely login to a PC of your choice to solve computer-based interface issues. Contract customers can also request a loaner machine if their machine is down for than 48 hours.
